Idaho – United States
Kuna Data Center
Meta is proud to support the growth of Idaho LEGO labs and makerspaces across local elementary schools in the Kuna School District. This innovative initiative provides students with hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Over 6 elementary schools now have access to LEGO labs and makerspaces
Teachers received specialized training to integrate computing and problem-solving skills into their lessons
Students develop essential skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
ARIZONA – United States
Mesa Data Center
In partnership with the City of Mesa’s i.d.e.a. Museum, Meta is helping launch a new STEAM lab for learners of all ages around Arizona. The i.d.e.a. Lab will be a one-of-a-kind interactive space and experience that blends modern technology and traditional crafts to promote critical thinking, imagination and fine motor skills. It will include tools like 3D printers and laser cutters while also showcasing the potential and sustainability of recycled materials.
Meta will sponsor at least 15 free admission days for area residents in the first two years the museum is open. An estimated 20,000 visitors, focusing on underserved families, will utilize the sponsored admission days.
Annually, the museum inspires over 70,000 visitors of all ages in Mesa and the Phoenix metropolitan area through art exhibitions and STEAM activities focused on supporting early learning, nurturing creative thinking and engaging families.
DENMARK
Odense Data Center
In 2024, Meta was honored to support education providers VUC and HF Fyn to develop an AR/VR hybrid STEM lab, providing immersive lessons and tackling practical experiment challenges in virtual labs. This project aims to create a more inclusive learning environment, particularly for students on the autism spectrum, aligning with Meta’s commitment to support local STEAM education and further access to education.

VUC and HF Fyn serve 3,500 students, targeting those who need alternative education paths or career changes.
SINGAPORE
Singapore Data Center
In 2023-2024, Meta supported Sustainable Living Lab and Better.Sg to build skilled AI talent for the future in Singapore. Sustainable Living Lab’s Digital Skills program leveraged Meta resources — from using AI to code and non-code tools — to support students exploring new solutions to community challenges in Singapore. Through the AI and ML (Machine Learning) for Good Mentorship Program, Better.Sg brings together students and working professionals who have AI and ML skills to partner to use these skills for public good.
Sustainable Living Lab’s Digital Skills program has reached 159 students and leveraged tools such as Llama 3, PyTorch and Prophet.
ALABAMA – UNITED STATES
Huntsville Data Center
In 2024, Meta was proud to support Free2Teach in Alabama, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free school supplies to teachers in need. Our donation marked the largest in the organization’s history and enabled local educators to continue providing essential resources to their students.
Free2Teach resources support teachers in each of Madison County’s three public school systems.
The organization’s classroom materials are available to more than 3,900 classroom teachers and their 54,000 students to improve their educational experience and strengthen their future workforce opportunities.
tennessee – UNITED STATES
Gallatin Data Center
Earlier this year, the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce and Gallatin Data Center in Tennessee opened the doors to the Station, a collaborative hub designed to bring commerce and community together.. The Station provides a gathering point for the Chamber’s 700+ members, supporting more than 100 programs and events annually that serve as a catalyst for community engagement.
More than 8,000 people have visited the Station since it opened its doors in July.
The space has served as a small-business incubator, offering resources for business development impacting the economic growth of the region.
